Services

Services that keep a furnace business busy all year

We offer four services, each aimed at one part of the seasonal problem. Most furnace companies start with the one that matches their biggest gap, then add the others as the year turns.

Every service here answers one question: how does a furnace company earn steadily when furnaces aren't what people are shopping for? Pick the service that matches your biggest gap first. If you're unsure, the free 7-day review will point to it, and the pricing page explains how the managed plans bundle these services.

As a reminder of who we are: Furnace.Business is a marketing and consulting service. We don't install or service heating or cooling equipment, and we don't lend money. We market the work your licensed team does.

Off-season AC and heat-pump marketing

Choose this first if your installers sit idle from April to August. It builds demand for the equipment homeowners actually want in warm months: central air, ductless systems and heat pumps that heat and cool.

The work covers service pages for each product line, Google Business Profile categories and posts, search campaigns that start before the first hot week, and messaging aimed at your own furnace customers whose homes already have ducts. Timing is the whole game here; pages built in June arrive too late. Read the full service page.

A quick test: count how many of last year's furnace buyers had no central air. If it's a few hundred households, you already have a warm audience for spring.

Maintenance plan marketing

Choose this first if you have a large customer list and little repeat revenue. A maintenance plan converts one furnace sale into a yearly relationship, and tune-up visits can be scheduled into your quiet weeks rather than your busiest ones.

We help you shape the offer, write a plain-language plan page, build renewal and reminder messages that respect Canada's anti-spam rules, and track sign-ups and renewals by month. We don't set your service terms or your prices for the visits themselves; those are your decisions. Read the full service page.

Lender financing program promotion

Choose this first if quotes stall over price. When a homeowner faces a five-figure replacement, a clear monthly-payment option from a licensed lender can turn "we'll wait" into a booked job.

We are not a lender or a broker. You hold the financing relationship; we help you promote it honestly, using the lender's approved wording. That means a clear financing page, consistent mentions on quotes and ads, and staff talking points, with no rates or approval promises from us. Read the full service page.

Seasonal growth and budget planning

Choose this first if your marketing spend follows panic rather than a plan. Many furnace companies spend heavily in December, when phones ring anyway, and go dark in May, when they need help most.

We build a twelve-month calendar that matches what you promote each month with your crew capacity, and a spend plan that shifts budget towards the months where marketing changes the result. This is marketing planning, not accounting: your accountant owns cash-flow forecasts, tax and financing of your own business. Read the full service page.

How the services fit together

Think of the four services as one year seen from different angles:

Season Main focus Supporting work
Late summer Furnace replacement readiness Financing page review, reviews push
Fall to winter Furnace demand Plan sign-ups at the point of sale
Late winter Maintenance renewals Heat-pump education to past customers
Spring to summer Cooling and heat pumps Tune-up bookings into quiet weeks

The planning service ties the other three together, so companies on our Growth or Elite plans usually get all four in some form.

How we measure every service

We report results by service line, so you can see which part of the year is improving:

  • Leads by type: furnace, cooling, heat pump, maintenance, each tracked separately.
  • Booked jobs and sign-ups, where your scheduling or CRM data lets us match them.
  • Cost per booked job for paid campaigns, by month.
  • Off-season share of revenue, using the revenue bands you choose to share with us.

We never promise lead counts or rankings. We agree targets with you, report against them monthly, and change course when the numbers say so. See the proof behind the method on our results page, or read how we work.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to buy all four services?

No. Many companies start with one, usually off-season marketing or a maintenance plan push, and add others later. Our managed plans bundle several of these, but we scope the work to what you actually need.

Which service pays back fastest?

It depends on what you already have. A company with thousands of past furnace customers and no maintenance plan usually sees the quickest movement from a renewal and tune-up campaign, because those people already know you.

Do any of these services involve doing HVAC work?

No. We are a marketing and business consulting service, not an HVAC contractor. We never install, repair or service equipment; your licensed team does all of that.

Can you work with our existing website and ad accounts?

Yes. We audit what you have first. If your site can carry the new pages and offers, we build on it. If it can't, we'll tell you why and quote a rebuild separately.
