The simplest way to start is to call, text or email. Phone and text: (604) 632-4959. Email: Ali@Sedighi.ca. We keep office hours of Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day, often sooner for texts. Whichever you choose, you'll deal with a senior strategist, not a call centre.
Furnace.Business is a marketing and consulting service headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group. We're not an HVAC contractor, so please don't contact us for a furnace repair or installation. Contact a licensed heating company in your area for that.

Ways to reach us
- Call (604) 632-4959 for the quickest conversation during business hours. Good for owners who want to talk it through.
- Text (604) 632-4959 if you're between jobs. A two-line message is plenty to start.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send detail: your website, a list of service towns, or a spreadsheet of last year's monthly jobs.
Clients across Canada meet with us by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email. Time zones aren't a problem; we schedule calls to suit Atlantic and Prairie mornings as well as Pacific afternoons.
What to include in your first message
The more we know, the more useful our first reply. These help most:
- Your business name and website.
- The towns or regions you serve, and which province or territory.
- What you sell now: furnaces only, or also cooling, heat pumps, maintenance plans, financing.
- Your slow months, even roughly ("dead from May to August").
- Your crew size and how many installs you could add per month.
- What you've tried in marketing, and what did or didn't work.
You don't need exact figures. A rough picture of the year is enough for the free 7-day review.
A sample first message you can adapt
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City, Province]. We install furnaces and [other services]. Our slow months are [months]. We have [number] installers and could take on about [number] more jobs a month in summer. Our website is [website]. Could we talk about [cooling / maintenance plans / financing promotion]?
Why we keep contact to call, text and email
You won't find a web form, chat bubble or booking widget on this site, on purpose. Owners of furnace companies are busy people who work from trucks and basements, and the fastest way to get a real answer is to talk or text with the person who'll do the thinking. It also means your message goes to a person, not into a queue, and that we only ever hear from people who chose to reach us. If you prefer to write, email lets you attach whatever helps, from a rough job tally to last season's ad report.
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, to set a time to talk or to ask a couple of questions.
- A first conversation, about 30 minutes, on your year, your services and your capacity.
- The free 7-day review. We audit your website, search visibility, map listing and competitors, including searches for cooling, heat pumps and maintenance, not only furnaces. No credit card.
- A plain recommendation. Which service to start with, which plan fits, and what we'd expect to measure in the first season.
If the review shows we're not the right fit, we'll tell you, and the findings are yours to keep.
Before you get in touch
If you'd like to understand our approach first, these pages help:
- About Furnace.Business: who we are, who leads the work and what we won't do.
- Results: live, linked case studies from our HVAC work.
- Areas we serve: programs, regulators and fuel mix for each province and territory.
- FAQ: contracts, ownership, timelines and reporting.
We only contact people who've contacted us first, and we keep your details to the conversation you started. When you're ready, call, text or email.
Frequently asked questions
Which is faster, a call or a text?
A call during business hours reaches us fastest. A text works well if you're on a job site; send a short note and we'll reply or call you back. Email suits longer questions and attachments.
Will I be pushed into a sales pitch?
No. The first conversation is about your year: where the slow months are and what you sell. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so.
Do we need to share our financial statements?
No. Rough job counts by month and approximate revenue bands are enough to plan marketing. Detailed financials are for your accountant, not us.
Can we call outside business hours?
You can text or email any time, and we'll reply on the next business day. Calls outside Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific may go to voicemail.
