We only publish results we can link. Every figure below is an approved result from a live heating or HVAC website, with a note on what it teaches a furnace owner about growing outside heating season. GasBoilers.ca: launching a new line under its own brand
GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. The division now covers 26+ BC communities, and its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
What it shows: a heating company can add a product line and give it a dedicated home online rather than burying it on one page of the main site. For a furnace business adding heat pumps or cooling, that's a real option: a focused division site, or at least a fully built section, makes the new line look established rather than experimental.
What it doesn't show: that every company needs a separate site. For many furnace businesses, strong product pages on the existing site are enough. We'd decide that together in the planning work.
HVACDeal.ca: measuring return, not just leads
HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
What it shows: a heating and cooling marketing effort can be tracked all the way to return on spend. That discipline matters most in the off-season, when every marketing dollar has to justify itself against a quiet calendar.
What it doesn't show: that 12:1 is a typical or expected figure. Return depends on job values, close rates and competition. What transfers is the habit of measuring cost per booked job by month.
Roma Heating & Cooling: building search visibility over a year
Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.
What it shows: a company that sells both heating and cooling can build search visibility across both seasons over a year of steady work. Organic traffic is the asset that keeps paying in summer, when you'd rather not lean entirely on paid ads.
What it doesn't show: traffic growth by itself isn't revenue. We pair it with lead and booked-job tracking. Our off-season service explains how cooling pages are built ahead of demand.
CanroHeat.ca: growing leads for a heating brand
CanroHeat.ca saw 250% lead growth.
What it shows: lead volume for a heating company can grow substantially when its website, search and listings work together. CanroHeat is also the company behind the GasBoilers.ca division, which shows growth and diversification can happen side by side.
What it doesn't show: the split of those leads by season or product. When we run a furnace business campaign, we separate furnace, cooling, heat-pump and maintenance leads so you can see which months improved.
HeatLand: content that answers buyers' questions
HeatLand, a heating brand, now carries 850+ SEO articles; over six months its leads rose 300%.
What it shows: substantial, useful content can drive lead growth for a heating business. For a furnace company, answer-first articles about cooling, heat pumps, maintenance and financing questions give homeowners reasons to find you before they need you.
What it doesn't show: that volume alone wins. Hundreds of thin articles would hurt, not help. Every piece has to answer a real question well.
What transfers to your furnace business
Across these results, four habits repeat:
- Give each product line a proper home online. Heat pumps and cooling deserve full pages, not a line in a list.
- Measure by service line and by month. That's how you see whether the slow season is actually improving.
- Build search assets before you need them. Rankings and reviews take months to grow.
- Answer buyers' questions in plain language, including questions about financing and maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
Are these results from furnace-only companies?
No. They are results from HVAC and heating websites, including boiler and combined heating-and-cooling businesses. We show them because the methods behind them apply directly to a furnace company that wants steadier revenue.
Will our business get the same numbers?
Not necessarily, and we won't pretend otherwise. Your market, competitors, prices, close rate and starting point are different. These results show what the method has done elsewhere, not what it will do for you.
Can we check these results ourselves?
Yes. Every site is live and linked, so you can see the pages, service mix and presentation. We don't share private account data or client contact details without permission.
