When a homeowner hears a five-figure price for a new furnace, many say "we'll wait." A financing program from a licensed lender gives them another option, but only if they know it exists and understand it. This service makes your financing visible and clear, without overpromising.
Our role is narrow and we keep it that way. We are not a lender, broker or credit adviser. We don't arrange credit, set terms, quote rates or predict approvals. You hold the relationship with a licensed lender; we market the program using the wording that lender approves. We are also not an HVAC contractor: your team does the installs.
Who this service is for
Furnace and heating companies that:
- already offer, or are about to sign with, a licensed lender for customer financing
- lose replacement jobs to "let us think about it" after the quote
- mention financing inconsistently, maybe on one technician's quotes and nowhere on the website
If you don't have a lender yet, we can explain what to ask lenders about from a marketing point of view, such as co-branded materials and approved wording, but choosing one is your decision.
What's included
A financing page in plain language
One page that explains, in everyday words, that financing is available, who provides it, that it is subject to the lender's approval, and how a customer asks about it. We add the lender's approved disclosures exactly as supplied. We don't invent example payments.
Consistent mentions across the buying journey
Financing gets mentioned where decisions happen: on replacement pages, cooling and heat-pump pages, quotes, follow-up messages and technician talking points. Consistency matters more than volume. A homeowner who sees "financing available" on the website and hears nothing about it at the kitchen table gets confused.
Ads that stay honest
Search and social ads can mention financing as long as the claims are accurate. The Competition Act prohibits false or misleading representations, including advertising prices that leave out mandatory fees, as the Competition Bureau explains. So we never advertise a low monthly figure without the lender's full approved context.
Quote follow-up
Many replacement jobs are won in the follow-up, not the first visit. With customer consent, as CASL requires for commercial messages, we write follow-up messages that remind homeowners financing is available and invite questions.
A worked example
Imagine you send 120 replacement quotes in a season and close 40%, which is 48 jobs. Suppose a third of the quotes you lose cite price. That's 24 households. If clear financing promotion helps even one in six of them go ahead, that's 4 extra replacements. At your average job value, that number is easy to work out, and it usually covers the cost of the work many times over. Your own close rate and lost-reason data will tell the real story; we start by measuring them.
Timeline
- Week 1: gather your lender's approved materials and wording, review current quotes and pages.
- Weeks 2–3: financing page, page mentions and talking points written; lender wording checked by you and, if required, by the lender.
- Week 4: ads and follow-up messages updated.
- Ongoing: monthly reporting and updates whenever the lender changes its terms.
How we measure results
- visits to the financing page and calls or texts that mention financing
- share of quotes where financing was discussed
- close rate on quotes over a value threshold you choose, before and after
- lost-quote reasons, where your team records them
Mistakes we help you avoid
- Quoting rates yourself. Use only what the lender supplies, exactly as supplied.
- Implying approval is certain. Always say the lender decides.
- Burying financing at the end of the quote. Mention it before price shock sets in.
- Letting old terms linger. A page with last year's offer is a complaint waiting to happen.

Frequently asked questions
Can you set up financing for our customers?
No. We are not a lender or a broker, and we don't arrange credit. You choose and contract with a licensed lender. We market the program you have, using the wording the lender approves.
Will you put interest rates on our website?
We don't write rates, payment examples or approval claims ourselves. If your lender supplies approved disclosure wording or payment examples, we place them exactly as provided and keep them up to date when the lender changes them.
Can our ads say 'everyone is approved'?
No. Approval is the lender's decision, and promising it would be misleading. We use wording like 'financing available through [Lender name], subject to approval', or whatever your lender requires.
Does promoting financing work in summer too?
Yes. It matters most for large jobs, so it supports cooling and heat-pump installs as well as furnace replacements. We feature it on every product page where the job value justifies it.
